Have you ever heard of a green screen or a blue screen? They are most common with movies, and closer to home, the weather on the news. I remember when I was little I wondered how the weatherman could look somewhere else and still point to the image on the screen correctly. I visited a news studio and they showed a blue screen on the wall with a TV monitor on the side, out of the view of the regular TV screen.

Then started the magic, the technology knew to take anything blue in the TV and replace it with an image in the computer. How cool was that. This is the same concept. The weatherman is really pointing to a blue screen, the computer is then telling the TV to replace any blue color with an image.

1. Open an image
2. Select the "fuzzy select tool"
3. Click on the color to replace. It will now appear as a dotted outline selection
4. Pick a new color from the color selector
5. Drag it and drop it on the screen over and inside the dotted outline selection boundaries

This will change your blue screen color to another color.
